I'm going to be a foster sister. My parents have decided that because I am so cute and they are hooked on eskies, they are going to be foster parents for ERU, and more immediately, a baby girl eskie who is barely one year old currently at a local kill shelter. They spent the whole day flitting here and there, talking on the phones and getting crates set up for the little girl. My BFF, Siku Marie, and her family are charged with naming the little one, so stay tuned tomorrow for pictures and her freedom announcement. She will be "sprung" tomorrow afternoon!
I think I am excited about being a foster sister, but this little girl is pretty sick, and had been attached by a coyote and has some injuries. I hope she isn't too sick and my parents can help her get well soon. Until we find her a forever home, I will have my paws full teaching her the routines of the day, and how she can help me search for my spaceships.

You and your family have such big hearts and amazing compassion! Any pup who is fostered at your house will be one of the luckiest dogs alive because it will be loved and cared for and nurtured by all of you! Thank you all so much for making the world a better place--one life at a time. I am proud to be your BFF!
What a pawesome thing your pawrents are doing. We will be keeping our paws crossed that your new foster sister gets better soon. We are excited to see her.:)

We sort of peeked (now that we are catching up) and we know that the state of things is gradually improving, but we just want to start here by saying, "We are sooooo pleased and happy that you are going to become a foster family!" But we have a word of warning. Fergi was s'posed to be a foster girl. And. Well. We think you know the ending of the story!
Beware!
Love
Jake (and Fergi) xxoo
