The Esteemed RAT Council Inauguration

Tonight was the grand induction party for the newly appointed RAT Council, hosted by no other than the amazing Mack and Sally Ann. It was a party like no other, with the Council in their formal best, and the background band soothing the souls of all attendees. Foster Sister and I were proud and honored to be part of the festivities, and were even prouder that our brother, Sir Digby, was appointed to this most important collaborative effort as a Rat Councildog.
